The Role As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Provide small group and 1:1 support to pupils Assist students with additional needs, including SEND Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment Support behaviour management in line with school policies Adapt quickly and confidently to different schools within the trust Opportunities may include day-to-day cover, short-term placements, or longer-term roles depending on your availability and preferences.
