We’re looking for a forward‑thinking People Partner to support the technology arm Procode which operates under the Luxion Group. In this pivotal role you’ll help shape the future of our organisation by embedding progressive people strategies and enabling high performance across our tech teams.
The Role
As a People Partner dedicated to Procode, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and transformation. You’ll be a trusted advisor, influencing change and embedding a culture of performance, agility, and innovation. Lead and support organisational change programmes, including mergers, acquisitions, and TUPE processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance throughout. Partner with business leaders to define and implement people strategies that align with the company’s evolving goals. Use the OKR framework to build and sustain high‑performing teams, driving clarity and accountability across departments. Act as an escalation point on complex employee relations issues, providing expert guidance and ensuring decisions are compliant with legislation and aligned with best practice. Influence and coach stakeholders at all levels, embedding cultural and behavioural change. Use HR data and reporting to support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement across Procode and wider group.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role, with a strong background in transformation, change management, and organisational design, and hands‑on experience in M&A and TUPE processes. Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and drive change across diverse teams. Familiarity with OKR or similar performance enablement frameworks is desirable, as is experience working within or alongside technology teams or companies. CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent), strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced solution‑focused environment will be key to your success in this role.
