In this role as the Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the UK Chief Claims Officer and Associate Claims Directors, supporting the wider Claims division including the Claims Hub and Delegated Authority teams. You will coordinate day to day administrative activities manage schedules and communications, and ensure the efficient running of processes across the teams. Requirements Experience: Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Archivist, Librarian or Personal Assistant Knowledge: Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Shorthand / audio or copy typing (desirable) Financial services or insurance sector (desirable) Skills: Planning and organisation Excellent communication (written / verbal) Diplomacy Accuracy and attention to detail Decision making Time management Confidentiality IT Skills Analysis Negotiation
