About Our Nursery
Harrogate Pannal Ash is an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ nursery with a capacity of 86 children, located in a charming converted house across two floors. The nursery features three stimulating and welcoming rooms, along with additional space for keyworker group activities or quiet relaxation. Conveniently situated on the main bus route into Harrogate and just a 10-minute walk from the train station, we also provide free parking for families. Our strong connections with local schools ensure a smooth transition for children moving on to primary education. Plus, we offer weekly extracurricular activities like football, music, and language classes, and the children regularly visit a local Residential Home for arts, crafts, and singing, which is enjoyed by all.

Role Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
* Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
Required Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
* Experience working with children under 5.
* Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
