We’re looking for an experienced Casino Affiliate Manager to join the Tote’s Marketing team in Wigan. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the growth and long-term success of our Affiliate programme, with a specific focus on the Casino and Games verticals. You’ll manage and optimise affiliate partnerships to acquire high-value new customers efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with industry regulations. Reporting to the Senior Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our Casino Affiliate strategy while helping us hit ambitious customer acquisition targets. What you’ll be doing: In this role, you’ll take ownership of our Casino Affiliate programme, managing relationships with all partners and proactively identifying and onboarding new affiliates to boost brand exposure and customer acquisition. You’ll optimise both the volume and value performance of each partnership, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements to ensure they are as effective as possible. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll oversee the media buying process within set budgets, ensure campaign plans align with promotional and event deadlines, and provide affiliates with the reporting and insights they need to deliver strong results. You’ll lead internal performance reviews as well as regular check-ins with key affiliate accounts. A major part of your role will be acting as a compliance champion—conducting ongoing audits of affiliate placements and working with our Marketing and Compliance teams to ensure everything aligns with UKGC and ASA guidelines. You’ll also collaborate with the Tote Product teams to forge deeper, integrated partnerships that enhance KPI performance, supported by relevant business cases. Staying informed about trends in iGaming and affiliate marketing, you’ll help keep Tote competitive, and you’ll represent the brand at relevant industry events and conferences. What we are looking for: To succeed in this role, you’ll bring 3 years of iGaming affiliate marketing experience, strong relationship-management skills, and proven ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll have a solid commercial understanding and experience negotiating and optimising digital partnerships, along with confidence using third-party affiliate tracking tools and interpreting data to make informed, performance-driven decisions. Excellent Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Suite are essential, as is the ability to manage budgets effectively while meeting internal targets. You’ll understand the principles of effective digital marketing campaigns and feel comfortable analysing performance and communicating insights to the wider business. Finally, you’ll have a strong working knowledge of digital advertising legislation and relevant codes of practice, including CAP, ASA, and broader UK compliance requirements. What’s in it for you? At the Tote you can expect a friendly working environment with a strong sense of teamwork and pride in what we do.
