I am currently working with a Property Investmentpany with a diverse portfolio ofmercial, residential and agricultural properties, who are looking to hire a recently qualified Property Accountant (0-3 years PQE). This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established group with a strong reputation in property investment and development.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the Group Finance Director and management team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing daily processing of rent and service charge receipts
2. Managing bank reconciliations and resolving reconciling items
3. Managing service charge accounts and annual reporting
4. Handling intepany reconciliations and reporting
5. Monthly/quarterly management and board reports
6. Year-end accounts preparation
7. Liaising with operational staff and providing financial information
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a Newly Qualified Accountant with experience with Accounts Preparation. Property development knowledge is preferred but not essential. You’ll be organised, proactive, and an excellentmunicator with strong attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
