Your responsibilities will include: Handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title Managing transactions independently from instruction through to completion Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high standard of service Supporting and mentoring junior team members Contributing to the development and growth of the conveyancing function Building and maintaining strong client relationships About you This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who: Has 5 years’ PQE in residential property Is confident running a full caseload independently Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is well organised and able to manage competing priorities Has an interest in developing their career into a senior or leadership position Takes a proactive and client-focused approach The environment You’ll be joining a growing Glasgow firm with a strong focus on teamwork, client service and long-term development.
