Vacancy: Business Support Administrator

As a Business Support Administrator, you will help drive our goals by supporting senior management and ensuring efficient administrative operations.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of documentation and reports for the management team and providing support to the senior management team in ENR.
* Completing QA audits to an agreed schedule.
* Ordering items for the department.
* Performing other administrative tasks required to support the Production Coordinator, Team Leaders and Senior Management.
* Providing training to team members when required on different PC packages.
* Chairing meetings, taking minutes and attending meetings as required.
Qualifications
* Good level of both written and verbal English.
* Experience in an administration role.
* Good IT and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
* Good attention to detail and the ability to record accurate information.
