JOB : CNC Machinist
LOCATION : Petersfield, Hampshire
TERM: Permanent
SALARY : GBP 25,000: GBP 30,000, dependent on experience
My client is a specialist manufacturer. They are looking for an CNC Machinist to join their team in Petersfield on a permanent basis.
The CNC Machinist will ideally have the following attributes:
: Previous experience working as a CNC Operator / Machinist / Setter
: Ideally have some experience with or knowledge of programming
: Time Served Apprenticeship in Engineering / Manufacturing
: Have experience machining and manufacturing precision parts and components
: Be able to read from engineering drawings
: Have previous experience working in a similar Machine Shop environment
: Be able to work well alone as well as part of a team
The CNC Machinist role will involve:
: Working with CNC machinery and producingplastics
: Running multiple machines : small to medium batch work
: Inspecting components as required
: CNC Milling or Turning working with varied controls
: Reading from engineering drawings
: Adhering to company H and S requirements
