Overview

Our client is a leading global provider of hospitality technology solutions, seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Director – Europe to spearhead commercial growth within a major international hotel group across the European region. This is a unique opportunity to take on a focused and strategic role, driving business exclusively within one hotel portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess strong, pre-existing relationships within the hotel group’s European network, including regional leadership, technology stakeholders, and on-property decision-makers. This position is tailored for a senior sales professional with a proven track record in relationship-driven, enterprise-level hospitality sales.


Responsibilities

As the Sales Director – Europe, you will:

* Drive revenue growth exclusively within the assigned hotel group across Europe.

* Leverage established senior relationships to identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities.

* Engage with regional, technology, and property-level stakeholders to build and maintain strong partnerships.

* Manage the entire sales cycle, from strategic planning to contract closure.

* Serve as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders, providing insights and solutions to meet their needs.

* Collaborate with internal global and regional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

* Demonstrated, existing relationships within a major international hotel group across Europe.

* A proven track record in enterprise or B2B sales, specifically within the hospitality or hospitality technology sector.

* A strong commercial background with significant experience in sales leadership.

* The ability to operate autonomously and execute a focused, strategic sales mandate.


Day-to-Day

Your daily responsibilities will include:

* Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across the assigned hotel group.

* Identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored strategies to meet client needs.

* Leading negotiations and closing high-value contracts.

* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

* Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

* Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and progress.
