Responsibilities
* Deliver quality end-to-end projects with the trades and reinstatement teams
* Plan project delivery in line with the scope of works utilising scoping tools
* Manage the resources efficiently and effectively in order to meet profit and productivity targets
* Prepare all relevant paperwork, including on‑site documents, to the pre‑agreed company standard
* Liaise with the loss adjusters, insurers and customers to maintain excellent communication throughout project delivery
* Ensure good lines of communication between trades and technicians
* Ensure that Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures are understood and fully implemented, advising insured parties where applicable of the operation and safety of all plant and equipment and providing safety data sheets when necessary
* Respond to and action any audit action with both the operative and the Quality Manager and Health & Safety department
* Ensure responsibilities specific to your role as detailed within BKH L006 Health Safety and Environment Policy are complied with
* Travel anywhere in the UK to deliver projects
* Plan and deliver monthly toolbox talks for your team
* Ensure sufficient material stock is kept locally at the branch
* Arrange delivery of materials to each site to complete projects
* Attend training courses when provided by BELFOR UK or any other external provider
* Deliver training programme to BELFOR UK employees
* Identify and deliver initiatives to improve the end-to-end offering of BELFOR UK
* Understand and implement the use of new procedures and materials
* Manage projects on site efficiently and cost effectively
* Develop staff development plans to satisfy employees’ career paths
* Any other reasonable management request
Requirements
