MillTown is seeking a skilled HVAC Sales professional to join our team. We specialize in delivering high-quality plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services to residential customers in northeast Massachusetts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth and increase profits.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
* Build strong customer relationships and match them with appropriate products and services.
* Negotiate, close deals, and maintain key client relationships.
* Create accurate and detailed sales proposals for smooth installations.
* Provide comprehensive product and pricing details to customers.
* Promote MillTown Plumbing & Heating, Inc. to generate referrals.
* Participate actively in training sessions.
* Understand the market area and customer needs thoroughly.
* Contribute to setting and achieving sales goals.
* Be available for weekend work as required.
