Overview
Clinical Support Worker - Bladder & Bowel Specialist Service role at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust. The service identifies and manages bladder or bowel dysfunction to restore dignity and independence. We are looking for a Health Care Support Worker with NVQ3 in Health and Social Care. A full driving licence and car ownership are essential. This is a Band 3 role within the community Bladder and Bowel Specialist Service.
Responsibilities
* Undertake reassessments of patients in the patient’s own home and residential care settings.
* Provide health promotion to patients and their carers/relatives wherever possible to help prevent early admission into residential care due to poor continence management.
* Deliver high-quality, caring and compassionate personal care and related duties as delegated by the Bladder & Bowel Nurse Specialist as part of the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
* NVQ3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Full driving licence and car owner/driver (essential).
