Business Analyst - CRM Solutions 3 months initially Inside IR35 Hybrid working £375 - £425 p/day I'm recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to support the scoping phase of a major CRM transformation project. You will work work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather and document business and technical requirements, analyse and modernise processes and produce clear documentation to support a commercial CRM tender. This role is hands-on with real impact, helping shape how the company leverages digital tools to improve efficiency and engagement. You will have proven experience in CRM implementations, strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across diverse teams.
