Job Description Performance and Warrant OfficerPermanent Full Time £29,109.00 - £31,296.00 Job Purpose: To interrogate IT systems and analyse performance data to support the Department in the promotion of good practice and to ensure compliance with National, Regional, Force and Unit targets/timelines. To manage the efficient deployment and execution of fail to appear warrants across the Force and on behalf of other Forces. To maintain an effective administrative systems by collating intelligence to facilitate the building of warrant packages in order to provide a quality service which ensures offenders are brought to Justice. Main Responsibilities: To prepare documentation to support departmental performance reviews. To work closely with Criminal Justice Managers supporting the development of performance measures. To manage mini reviews/projects, as and when required. To carry out performance analysis, on both internal data and from partner agencies to assist in facilitating change and promote best practice.To provide data in relation to Freedom of Information requests. To grade warrants in line with National protocol, to include risk assessment of the wanted person in accordance with inter agency protocols.
