Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Midlands
Compensation: £38‑42k basic. 40‑hour week.
Overview
I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist who is currently in search of an Electrical bias multi‑skilled Maintenance engineer to join their growing team within the Midlands division.
The company has grown since 2002 and works with a wide variety of retail, hotel, leisure and commercial multi‑tenanted office spaces.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide planned maintenance, servicing and repair to a wide range of Electrical, Mechanical and building services equipment.
Main area of coverage: from Cambridge to Birmingham, across various commercial sites. Candidates situated between M1 or A1 corridors would be useful.
* Planned and reactive maintenance of electrical, mechanical & building services units
* UPS systems and emergency light testing
* Pumps and motors
* AHU and HVAC maintenance
* Plumbing and facilities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold
* 18th edition, city and guilds level 2 or equivalent in electrical installations
Additional testing qualifications (not required but a bonus): 2391 or 2394/2395, AM2 or dual skill qualifications such as FGAS or plumbing.
