Role Overview
We are seeking a results driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding within sheet metal fabrication, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive positioning
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
· Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong relationships.
· Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.
Requirements
· Proven experience in business development and sales within laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication.
· Strong understanding of sheet metal work and engineering practices.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build long term client relationships
· Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tool
· Willingness to travel as required.
