What You’ll Be Doing
* Support customers with orders, shipments, and account queries
* Provide clear, friendly, and empathetic service every time
* Keep customer cases accurately updated in the CRM system
* Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Support teams
* Escalate complex issues when needed — and always follow up
* Help ensure every customer interaction ends on a positive note
(No technical troubleshooting required — this role is focused on service and coordination.)
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent German and strong English communication skills
* Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
* Comfortable handling phone-based interactions
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases at once
* Confident with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience is a plus
* A positive, proactive mindset and genuine care for customers
