What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting pupils with their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups
2. Helping the class teacher keep lessons on track and engaging
3. Creating a safe, supportive classroom environment
4. Pitching in with everything from phonics to playground duty

5. Experience working with children (school-based or transferable)
6. A caring, adaptable approach and a genuine love of helping young people
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills
