Key responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience at all times
* Drive individual sales performance and contribute to team targets
* Build and maintain long‑term relationships with local and international clients
* Support visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
* Assist with stock management and daily operational tasks
* Act as a true brand ambassador on the shop floor
Requirements
* Previous experience in luxury or premium retail
* Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage with clients on a variety of topics
* Sales‑driven with a proactive and positive attitude
* Well‑presented with a passion for fashion and styling
* Team player with flexibility and reliability
* Fluent English required
