PV SITE SUPERVISOR *An exciting opportunity to join one of South Wales leading electrical companies.This position would suit an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Lead who is looking to work on great projects, but it would also be an amazing opportunity for someone new to project management who wants to take the next step in their career with a management position.Your Package will be: * Full time PAYE salaried position. * Salary: competitive and negotiable based on experience. * Bonus scheme: based on personal and company performance. * Company vehicle / car allowance. * 32 days per year holiday (inc bank hols). * Potential Further/Higher Education Opportunity whilst working.Our requirements of you (qualifications/experience): * SMSTS ( – but we are prepared to supply the training for the right candidate). * Experience / history of electrical projects delivered, but we will consider candidates looking to step up, if they have the right skills and abilities to develop. * Qualified Electrician. * Driver’s licence necessary.Our requirements of you (personal skills and abilities): * Excellent attention to detail. * Diligent. * Excellent PV and EV knowledge and technical abilities * Organisation and time management of self and others * Commercial acumen and negotiation skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with an established electrical company with a thriving renewables division and an exciting time to be a part of a growing local company.Please apply TODAY - This is an opportunity NOT to be missed
