The Role As a Project Management Tutor, you’ll deliver high-quality, engaging training to adult learners enrolled on Level 3 Skills Bootcamps in Project Management. You’ll play a key role in supporting learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve new qualifications, gain confidence, and progress into sustainable project-based roles. Your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering engaging and interactive virtual and classroom sessions to adult learners. * Bringing real-world project management principles to life through practical, scenario-based learning. * Supporting learners remotely and attending the Newcastle office once or twice per month. * Tracking learner progress and providing one-to-one support to ensure completion and achievement. * Embedding employability, communication, and transferable skills throughout delivery. * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality, compliance, and excellent learner outcomes. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexibility and a supportive remote delivery model. Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a passionate educator or industry professional who wants to make a genuine impact through teaching. You’ll combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and mentoring skills. You’ll bring: * A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent). * A PRINCE2 qualification (essential). * Proven experience delivering project management training, ideally within Skills Bootcamps or funded learning programmes. * Strong understanding of project lifecycles, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and best practices. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate and inspire adult learners. * A proactive, learner-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
