Contracts Manager – Passive Fire Protection Our client, a leading specialist in passive fire protection, is seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join their growing team. The company delivers high-quality fire stopping and passive fire protection services across the UK, working on a variety of projects including new builds and refurbishments. Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of passive fire protection projects from inception through to completion. Oversee site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Liaise with clients, site teams, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships. Produce and review RAMS, programmes, and project documentation. Coordinate workforce and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Identify opportunities for variations and support the commercial team with cost control. Contribute to the continual development of processes and delivery standards.What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Contracts/Project Manager within the passive fire protection/fire stopping sector. Strong knowledge of new build and refurbishment projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate site teams and work collaboratively. Good commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
