Mobile LCV Technician Required – Wednesbury , West Midlands

Basic Salary up to: £45,000

OTE: Up to £55,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday + Optional Overtime

Our client, a well-established and highly reputable fleet operation, is seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their growing team in the Wednesbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional business offering strong earning potential and long-term stability.

As a Mobile LCV Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a mixed fleet of vehicles at various customer locations throughout the West Midlands. This is a varied and autonomous role ideal for a self-motivated technician.

Duties & Responsibilities as a Mobile LCV/Van Technician:

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on LCVs.

Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment

Complete vehicle health checks and ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy

Perform mechanical, electrical, and engine repairs where required

Conduct detailed inspections and recommend appropriate solutions

Maintain accurate records of all work carried out

Provide a high level of customer service on-site

Keep your mobile workspace clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements for this Mobile LCV/Van Technician:

Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

Proven experience working on LCVs and/or HGVs

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience with wiring and camera systems is advantageous.
