Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective secretarial and administrative service to the multidisciplinary team comprising the Ward Manager, Consultant Psychiatrists, and Inpatient Nurses.
* Work closely and collaboratively with other administrative colleagues to deliver this service.
* Support service related projects.
* Assist with monitoring, updating and reporting comprehensive service related activity data.
* Coordinate day‑to‑day admin support for the service and assist with the development of administrative processes.
* Provide administrative cover on the inpatient team in the absence of the ward administrator.
* Participate in any training and developmental needs, as required by the Business Manager.
* Undertake any other duties considered relevant by the service, appropriate to the banding of this post.
