Job Description
The Sheltered Housing Team are looking for a full time Community Independent Living Officer to join our team. We are looking for people who are flexible in terms of when they work as the role involves travelling from one Sheltered Housing scheme to another, enthusiastic with a positive approach, able to work on your own initiative, plan ahead, manage and organise workloads to meet strict deadlines and achieve service outcomes, demonstrate good attention to detail. Ideally with experience and understanding of working in a housing and supportive environment, managing safeguarding issues, a mixture of health and wellbeing issues, conflict resolution, risk and building management, Health and Safety and inspection management and you will have strong all-round communication (both in writing and verbally), interpersonal skills, and be highly proficient in the use of IT.
