Overseas Telephone Account Manager

This is a fully remote position for someone confident, professional, target-driven, and a natural overachiever, who is not afraid to pick up the phone.
The salary ranges from £28K to £32K, with uncapped commission of £7,500.
You will receive comprehensive support and training, with opportunities for growth within the role.
The role
* Proactively contacting overseas customers to establish and build relationships.
* Understanding their goals, challenges, and needs.
* Identifying training opportunities to support the relationship and conducting relevant training.
* Serving as the point of contact to answer queries, resolve problems, and provide solutions.
* Interpreting and explaining customer data to demonstrate the value of our products and ROI.
* Utilising internal tools and data to add value to our offerings.
* Presenting products and new initiatives to customers.
* Handling objections and presenting alternative solutions.
* Identifying new business opportunities and closing deals with bespoke advertising solutions.
* Accurately recording information in relevant databases and systems.

* Consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Experience in homeworking.
* Understanding and articulating sales processes.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
* Adaptable to change and receptive to coaching and training.
* Confident with data analysis and storytelling.
* Thrives in a hardworking, dynamic team environment.
* Excellent customer expectation management and service skills.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Speaking another language is a plus (not essential).
