This is a key leadership role within the business, with the opportunity to take ownership of production at an early stage of the site's improvement journey. Fundamentals are strong, but there's clear opportunity to strengthen consistency and continue driving performance. You'll be able to influence how production is structured, how teams are developed and how performance is managed moving forward.
