Job: Foreman – Civil Engineering Boyd Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced General Foreman for an established civil engineering contractor. Our client has been in operation for over 30 years and work across various disciplines including bulk earthworks, highways/roads and windfarms and Substations. They are looking to add a General Foreman to help deliver key projects the the north of Scotland Our client has multiple projects across the North of Scotland and is willing to consider permanent and contract candidates. The Job As General Foreman you will be responsible for the following Duties include: Liaising with the Site Agent, reporting on quality, efficiency & health & safety. Using iPad/Laptop to complete site paperwork. Carrying out RAMS, toolbox talks and staff briefings. Upskilling existing members of staff and being involved in recruitment of new staff Completing paperwork Supervision of site labour Ordering materials Managing daily site operations The Candidate The Successful Foreman will have: Significant civils experience On site delivery experience A full UK Driving licence.
