Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their options.
* Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Identify opportunities for upselling products or services that may benefit the customer.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Skills
* Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
* Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
