This role offers the chance to teach motivated Key Stage 5 learners in a high-achieving academic environment.
You will be teaching A-Level Edexcel Politics on a clearly defined, part-time timetable across a two-week cycle, making this an ideal role for a specialist looking for a short-term, high-impact teaching opportunity.
The ideal Politics Teacher will:
* Deliver high-quality A-Level Edexcel Politics lessons to KS5 students
* Prepare students effectively for final examinations
* Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Politics
* Engage and motivate independent, academically driven learners
* Contribute positively to the school’s supportive and professional culture
Politics Teacher requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK
* Proven experience teaching A-Level Politics (Edexcel preferred)
* Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills
* Ability to adapt quickly within a short-term teaching assignment
* Availability to work the specified two-week timetable pattern
