We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Employer Support Officer to join our forward thinking Employer Engagement team. In this exciting front facing role, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable link between the College and our employer partners – helping businesses access apprenticeship talent, training solutions and wider College services. No two days will ever be the same. You might be supporting recruitment campaigns, speaking with employers about apprenticeship opportunities, updating CRM systems, coordinating events, or ensuring every employer who contacts us receives a first‑class experience. * NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a business or customer service area or working towards
* GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
* Experience in a busy customer focused or administrative role
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry
* Experience of working proactively with internal and external customers.
