As Site Admin you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks of various departments of the site. You will have to liaise with Parts, Customer Service and Estimating Departments to ensure admin is up-to-date and accurate. You will form a vital part of the team by ensuring that all departments are organised and cooperative by providing administrative support.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

* Ensuring that parts are organised and loaded onto the system.
* Labelling parts to ensure organisation and facilitate production levels.
* Ensure parts administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Accurately record stock information on relevant systems.
* Return any unused parts in a timely manner.
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
* Assisting the Estimator with administrative tasks, including taking images of vehicles.
* Assisting with Customer Service by answering calls and booking jobs.
* Keeping customers updated on the status of vehicle repairs.
* Liaising with subcontractors.
* Ensure exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
* General administration.
* To be productive in supporting all departments and personnel within the business.


About you:

* Ideally you have prior customer service experience.
* You have a strong work ethic to provide the best quality service.
* Able to work as a team and have excellent communication skills.
* Have great organisational skills and be effective with time management.
* Be flexible and adaptable to change.
