We are looking for a hard‑working, reliable and enthusiastic individual for our client in Peterhead to provide administrative support to their busy Quality and Production departments. Experience in a fast‑paced workshop or manufacturing environment would be an advantage. Hours: 8-4pm Monday to Thursday and 8-3pm on Friday with a ½ hour lunch Key responsibilities: Raising purchase orders Organising transport and logistics Responding to customer enquiries Creating documentation packages Filing and general office administration Essential Skills & Experience: Applicants must be numerate and possess strong communication skills. Be confident users of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with additional office software is beneficial. Must be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Be comfortable adapting their priorities throughout the day as operational needs change. This role requires someone who can stay focused, maintain accuracy, and keep work flowing smoothly even when demands shift quickly.
