Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
Location: Winchester, Hampshire – Hybrid working
Holiday – 28 days + bank holidays + additional day ‘birthday leave’

About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth technology business at a defining moment. Working closely with our Executive Leadership Team, you will lead our marketing strategy, bringing together creativity, commercial insight, and emerging technologies — including AI-driven tools and data-led decision-making.
You’ll be at the forefront of how we position Tribe Connect in a competitive market, translating complex technology into compelling stories that resonate with customers and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition
* Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms
* Leverage AI and data insights to optimise performance, engagement, and ROI
* Own content strategy including website, SEO, and thought leadership
* Partner with Product, Sales, and Talent teams to deliver compelling messaging
* Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
* Manage agencies, budgets, and campaign performance reporting
* Represent Tribe Connect at industry events, webinars, and trade shows
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior marketing role within Technology, IT, or Telecommunications
* Strong storytelling ability — translating technical solutions into clear, engaging narratives
* Commercially minded with a data-driven approach
* Experience with digital tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads, CRM, analytics platforms)
* A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced scale-up environment
