This setting supports secondary-aged students who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education and are working towards rebuilding their confidence, behaviour, and academic progress in a structured and supportive environment. About the Role: As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will play a key role in promoting engagement, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour, helping students re-engage with learning and achieve meaningful outcomes.
