Civil Engineer - Prestigious Housebuilder

Staffordshire /Hybridworking

Up to £50,000 + bonus + car/allowance

What youll be doing:

??? Designing and managing roads, drainage, and infrastructure for high-quality residential sites

?? Working with consultants, local authorities, and on-site teams to solve challenges creatively

?? Handling Section 38, 104 & 278 agreements and supporting technical submissions


What were looking for:

* Background in residential or infrastructure civil engineering
* Confident with AutoCAD and drainage design software (MicroDrainage / Causeway Flow)
* A proactive problem-solver who enjoys variety and ownership
* Comfortable travelling across sites in the East and West Midlands
