The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant: You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing long-term client relationships, resourcing and placing professional drivers in roles from Van to Class 1 level.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture client relationships within the logistics and supply chain sector
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: resourcing, interviewing, filling vacancies, Payroll, Sales & Servicing.
Develop a strong pipeline of candidates & Clients through networking, Advertising, headhunting, and referrals
Cover Out of Hours and On-Call on a weekly rota with other Logistics team members
Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIsAbout You:
2+ years of 360° recruitment experience (ideally in logistics & supply chain sectors)
Proven billing track record in the logistics sector
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, passionate and resilient
Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level
