About the Role
As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for:
* administration of samples / warehousing operations (including booking in and transferring of stock and recording stock checks)
* administration of despatch operations (printing new orders, tickets, processing completed orders, posting goods and dealing with returns to sites)
* coordination of brick cutting requirements for despatch orders
* collaborating with key-stake holders to ensure KPIs are implemented, maintained and delivered
* contribution to improving processes and procedures to drive performance and customer satisfaction
* working with the Site Manager to drive the adherence of health & safety plus environmental working practices
* carrying out Health & Safety administration including local inductions and monthly checks for Legionella and fire extinguishers
* organising training requirements
* working with key stakeholders to run the stock control system via SAP
* daily review of stock holding, optimising replenishment and organising regular stock checks in all departments
* stock transfers - checking stock at our factories, raising transfer orders and liaising with transport dept/haulage company to arrange inbound delivery
* checking deliveries to ensure correct products and quantities have been delivered
* updating the stock control system and allocation of stock to correct cost centre
* raise purchase orders / requisitions for raw materials and traded products and ensure delivery and costs are as required
* carry out stock counts for general consumables and PPE for the work force and ensure any visitors are wearing correct attire
* resolve any invoice queries
* time sheet / annual leave management
* Work closely with key stakeholders to develop collate, monitor and report on various KPIs including output, efficiency, quality, complaints, and spend reports
* Greet visitors to site and ensure they are signed in and inducted in line with protocol
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 5.00pm and Friday, 7.00am to 3.00pm (these can be flexible and will be discussed at interview stage)
About you
You will have:
* experience in office administration, ideally in a production environment, involving stock control, and distribution.
* have proficient IT skills (including working knowledge of MS word, Excel, Outlook)
* good communication skills, enthusiasm and a thorough attention to detail
* flexibility, an openness for change and be dependable and trustworthy
* possess a commitment to deliver exceptional service levels
* have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* a ‘can do’ attitude and work well as part of a team
* strong organisational, and planning abilities
* exposure to working in an environment with high standards of health and safety
* experience with SAP and CRM systems is desirable
* the ability to produce, analyze and review numerical data would be beneficial
