The Role
About the Role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, delivering a polished, professional, and welcoming service that embodies the luxury ethos of The Nici.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests upon arrival.

Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
*
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
*
Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism.
*
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
Candidate Profile
*
Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Professional, approachable, and guest-focused.
