Hays Education are working in partnership with an exceptional high school in Wigan to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their friendly, close‑knit support team. Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across a range of subjects and abilities. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing full classroom support to the class teacher
2. Delivering targeted 1:1 support for students who require additional help
3. Assisting with break and lunchtime duties, ensuring a safe and positive environment
4. Helping to maintain an inclusive, encouraging, and engaging learning atmosphere
