This Sheffield-based HLTA role is perfect for someone ready to lead small groups, support planning, and make learning fun.
You’ll work closely with the class teacher, step in for cover when needed, and help pupils reach their goals with confidence and care.
You’ll need:
1. Level 4 or equivalent qualification
2. Strong classroom experience across primary key stages
3. A positive, can-do attitude and flexible approach
