Female Support Worker
Were looking for caring individuals who live in Lincoln to support people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging behaviours, EUPD, Mental health & Complex care health needs to help them thrive at home and in their communities.
Successful candidates from the first-stage telephone interview will be required to attend a mandatory face-to-face Assessment Day, scheduled for Wednesday 20th May 2026 in Lincoln 9:30am arrival - 4:30pm finish.
Pay rates: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on the package & Sleep in shifts are £10 per hour - Subject to package.
Shift pattern: 10 & 12 hours shifts across either 8:00am - 20:00pm, 20:00pm - 8:00am or 22:30pm - 8:30am. We are recruiting for 1x20 hours, 1x36 hours and 2x24 hours per week.
Location: Lincoln including Saxilby and Washingborough.
