Job Description
* Behaviour mentor required in Brentford supporting students aged 11-16 with SEN needs.
* Behaviour mentor role: 8:30am-4:30pm in Brentford.
* Pay: £120-£150 per day
Role responsibilities:
* Behaviour mentor allocated to one child with SEN needs (1:1 support)
* Behaviour mentor to build trust, consistency, and positive routines
* Behaviour mentor to support emotional regulation and behaviour management
* Behaviour mentor to encourage engagement in education and personal development
* Behaviour mentor to act as a positive role model
