What will you be doing?
* Proactively contacting existing and prospective customers to generate opportunities for energy quotes.
* Accurately profiling prospects to support both current and future needs.
* Managing the progress of opportunities through our CRM system.
* Auditing customers’ current energy bills and providing clear, insightful feedback to support renewal opportunities.
* Pricing SME and Corporate opportunities via Fidelity’s portal and delivering timely, accurate quotations.
* Staying informed about energy market trends and macro‑economic factors that could influence pricing.
* Providing consultative, solution‑focused advice to customers and guiding them toward choosing Global 4.
Required Skills & Experience
* Previous sales experience, primarily phone‑based, speaking with customers in a B2B environment.
* Experience generating and developing leads.
* Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and confident working independently.
* Proficient IT skills.
* Self‑motivated with a professional communication style, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
