Hear from one of our Early Years Assistants, Chloe:
I love the people that I work with. The children also fill my heart with happiness as I enjoy planning events and activities.
I have done Paediatric First Aid training, as well as other key courses such as FGM, Safeguarding etc. I work in a room supporting the Room Leader and other qualified practitioners who have helped me gain experience whilst on the job.
