We are currently looking for a Programme Planner who will play a pivotal role in a small programme team, driving product development activities record breaking electric performance cars!
The Programme Planner will:
* Through high levels of emotional intelligence and empathy, work with multiple functions across the business to enable best practices for programme planning, ensuring consistency across all workstreams and functions.
* Assess the impact of changes, risks and issues on the master schedule and critical programme milestones.
* Identify and manage critical paths, highlighting potential schedule risks and collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate delays.
* Implement a robust revision control process for BOMs, updating changes and managing version control to ensure that the latest BOM version is always available to the relevant stakeholders.
* Integrate feeder plans into a single, cohesive master schedule, proactively managing dependencies and sequencing by facilitating planning discussions with all stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align schedules.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and project management.
The Programme Planner will have:
* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple BOMs and meet project deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address BOM-related challenges and recommend effective solutions.
