Store Colleague (Part‑time)
Salary: £12.71 per hour. Hours: 16 contracted hours per week, part‑time contract.
Location: B, Mid Sussex Retail Park, Jane Murray Way, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9QT.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues. The role is based at the location above.
Key Responsibilities
Please note: availability for at least one weekend day is required.
* Provide personalised and attentive customer service, ensuring every customer feels appreciated and understood.
* Engage with customers using strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Address customer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Build strong customer relationships and foster loyalty to our brands.
* Assist with retail operations and help the team achieve targets.
* Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
