Accounts Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for candidates who are immediately available and have strong Excel skills. The primary responsibilities include supporting the accounts team by processing invoices and managing large volumes of data.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Support the accounts team in the daily processing of invoices.
* Manage and organise large datasets using Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the finance department.
* Handle queries related to invoices and payments promptly and professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative or accounts role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data management).
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to handle large volumes of data.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Immediate availability to start work.
