About the Role Head of Installation As our clients newly appointed Head of Installation, you will take full ownership of the installation department, with responsibilities including: Leading and overseeing a team of co-ordinators, surveyors, supervisors, and administrators Recruiting and managing top subcontractor installation teams across the UK Ensuring the correct crews and access equipment are allocated to each project Ensuring compliance with key certifications such as IPAF, CSCS, PASMA, etc. Organising and attending site visits, reviewing and planning for new and won projects, and carrying out on-site audits Building and maintaining relationships with reliable core installation crews Upholding exceptional levels of customer service and ensuring consistent project delivery What Our Client Is Looking For - Head of Installation Our specialist signage company is looking for someone who is: Confident, driven, and unafraid to take ownership and make decisions.
